Abstract submission

Submissions are now open for our Online Winter 2023 Conference!
Please use the submission form below to submit your abstracts related to the field of ENT or OMFS for either oral or poster presentations. The deadline for abstract submission is 12:00 on the 20th of October.
We will contact you after the deadline to inform you if your abstracts have been accepted for either oral or poster presentation.
Similar to our previous conferences we will choose the top 10 oral presentations, from each ENT and OMFS who will then have 10 minutes on the day to present their projects to conference attendees and consultant judges.
Successful posters will be uploaded onto our website and can be viewed during the conference.
All presenters and attenders will receive a certificate after the conference to confirm their attendance and/or presentation.
Due to costs incurred in running the website, hosting the conference and RCS accreditation, we will be charging a fee of £5 to present a poster if it is accepted, and £20 to present orally if it is accepted. None of the committee members will receive any money from the proceeds.
